The concept for FVFF Realty first originated back in 2002 with the founding of our Southeast Wisconsin real estate brokerage Lake Country Flat Fee by Paul and Kris Liebe. Lake Country Flat Fee has been a flagship real estate brand in Southeast Wisconsin and a huge success. Our objective was to provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional real estate companies. Now, along with broker Joey Jewell, we are ready to return to our Fox Valley roots to launch the new FVFF Realty! FVFF stands for Fox Valley Flat Fee and is destined to become Northeast Wisconsin's #1 alternative real estate company.

Our company mission is to provide a cost effective alternative to traditional real estate companies. Our ultimate goal is to deliver the marketing, service, and results that you would expect from a traditional 6% Realtor for a lot less money.
